Authorization System
Page Authorization
The framework currently contains 17 pages. Which pages a user can see depends on the group they belong to. Each group has specific access rights that determine which pages are available.
Role Authorization
Per group we indicate which role filtering is active. This determines which data the user can see in the pages they have access to:
Access to all data
Team data only
Own data only
VELVET_ADMIN
UnfilteredAn administrator has access to all pages and within these pages access to all data. This is the highest authorization level within the framework, intended for system administrators who need full control.
Log in as Jack
VELVET_TEAM_MANAGER
Manager filterA manager has access to the Manager Dashboard and the Sales Rep Dashboard, among others. Within these pages, access is limited to the data of their own team. This ensures a clear separation between teams while managers maintain oversight of their direct reports.

VELVET_SALES_REP
Own data filterA Sales Rep has access to the Sales Rep Dashboard and the Call Analysis page. A sales rep only has access to their own calls. This ensures privacy and allows employees to focus on their own performance.
Log in as Susan
VELVET_HEATMAP
UnfilteredA Heatmap user (for example a prospect or external party) has access to the Heatmap page. From the heatmap header, users can click through to the Call Analysis page for selected calls. The system settings determine which calls are displayed in the heatmap.
